The Council President appointed Council Members Bishop and Holt to the Committee to enable the Committee to have a quorum.
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:29 p.m.
The Chair reviewed the agenda, indicating what items were going to be taken up, deferred and seconded.
11 items were ready for action, four of which were being moved as emergencies; 6 items were being deferred; 1 item was being withdrawn; 3 items were being seconded and re-referred.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:31 p.m.
