Attendance: Council Members Jones (Chair); Janice Billy Council Auditor’s Office; Peggy Sidman, Steve Rohan, Office of General Counsel; Lisa Rinaman, Administration; Bob Williams, Public Works Department/Real Estate; Diane Smith, ECA; Juliette Williams, Legislative Svcs.

The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:34 p.m. and proceeded to review the agenda, indicating the items that would be taken up for action, deferred or seconded and re-referred.

The Chair indicated that there were two items ready for action, two items that were being deferred and that the remaining three items on the agenda were being seconded & re-referred.

Lisa Rinaman, Administration, announced that Ros Phillips, Director, Recreation & Community Services, her Deputy, Kelly Boree and other members of her staff would be at the Committee meeting to address the issues raised at the previous Council meeting regarding fees and waivers at the J. S. Johnson Community Center. The Council President had referred the matter to RCD for discussion and to hear from community members.

There being no further business on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 1:36 p.m.
