The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m. and proceeded to review the agenda, indicating the items that would be taken up for action, deferred or seconded and re-referred.
ON Item #3, ORD 2009-317, re Foreclosure Prevention, Assistance & Relief, it was indicated that the Finance Committee Amendment requiring the task force to be appointed by the Mayor but approved by the Council and that strikes references to State Senate & House bills, an RCD provision would be combined that stipulates that there is a sunset provision, that the provisions sunset 12/31/11 unless the Council acts to extend.
The Chair explained the nature of the emergency requested for Item #7, ORD 2009-403, Approp $5,800 from Dist 9-Autumn Bond Funds to Restore the Lakeshore Arches.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:36 p.m.
