The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:32 p.m. and proceeded to review the agenda, indicating the items that would be taken up for action, deferred or seconded and re-referred.
Eight items were ready for action; one item was being deferred; the remaining eight items (#10 through 17) were to be seconded and re-referred.
The Chair indicated that Vince Seibold would be on hand at
the Committee meeting to explain and field any questions on Item #7, ORD
