The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:33 p.m. and proceeded to review the agenda, indicating the items that would be taken up for action, deferred or seconded and re-referred.
The Chair confirmed with Housing & Neighborhood Department’s James Richardson that Item #1, ORD 2009-19, Auth 1st Amend to A Redev Agreemt with Pearl Plaza Partners to Auth Refinance of Propty, was ready for action.
The Chair indicated that questions raised at the last Committee meeting on Item #2, RESO 2009-96, Apv Duval County Manatee Protection Plan (2007-2008 Update) would be addressed. Jody McDaniel indicated that either she or Dr. Quinton White (JU) would field questions and provide any additional information.
The Chair indicated that the Recreation and Community Services Department would make a presentation on the proposal to enter into a partnership agreement for the management of Southside Tennis Complex and Boone Tennis Complex.
There being no further items on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 1:36 p.m.
