The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:38 p.m. and proceeded to review the agenda, indicating the items that would be taken up for action, deferred or seconded and re-referred.
The Chair asked Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel, to be prepared to explain the particulars of Item #12, ORD 2009-12, Dissolving the Thomas Creek Community Dev Dist.
Three measures on the agenda were going to be acted upon.
There being no further business on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 1:39 p.m.
