The Chair called the Agenda meeting to order at 1:33 p.m. and reviewed those items on the agenda that were ready for action, deferral, second reading and re-referral.
On Item #4, ORD 2008-1041, Apprp $22,000 from Ritz Theatre Misc Svcs & Charges to Align Food & Beverage Costs within the Ritz Theatre & LaVilla Museum Div, the Chair inquired about the funding. He wanted to know where was the funding coming from. Janice Billy explained that the funding was actually already in the Ritz budget but was being moved to the correct sub object line.
The Chair indicated that Vince Seibold, Environmental Compliance Department, would be at the Committee Meeting to field questions related to Item #6, ORD 2008-1059, Approp $184, 574 from Environmental Protection Bd for 2008-2009 State of the River Study & a Surface Water Withdrawal Study.
There being no further business on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 1:37 p.m.
