The Chair convened the meeting at 9:32 a.m. and reviewed the agenda, citing those items that were ready for action, deferral, withdrawal or second reading.

There were 10 items ready for action; 13 items to be deferred.

Lisa Rinaman indicated that Shannon Eller, Office of General Counsel, would be available at the Committee meeting to answer any questions on Item #17, ORD 2009-664, Auth Declaration of Restrictive Covenant with FDEP Allowing City to Satisfy Requirements of FDEP & EPA for Coleman Evans Superfund Site.

There being on other items on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 9:34 a.m.
