OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD legal description dated
November 16, 2010, and adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) If
the property is utilized as a residential treatment facility, the facility
may be used only in connection with State and federal work release programs. The operator of the facility shall not
accept into the program any individual who has been convicted of either: (a)
a sexually-related offense; (b) pornography; or (c) a violent crime; (2) The property shall be developed in
accordance with Part 12 of the Zoning Code; (3) If reclaimed water is
available, the use of the Floridan Aquifer shall be prohibited as a primary
source for irrigation water; and (4) The required transportation improvements
shall be made in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum
dated October 15, 2010, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and
Development Department. |
