AMENDMENTS and SUBSTITUTES

10-374	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) The required transportation improvements shall be made in accordance with the Development Services Division memorandum dated June 15, 2010, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; (2) Monument signage shall be externally illuminated; and (3) All interior renovations and alterations shall be constructed consistent with the Room Layout Form dated August 17, 2010, attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
10-457	Amendment	Corrects scrivener’s error in title (punctuation); provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (grant of easement).
10-496	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) The development of the property shall proceed in accordance with the Development Services Division memorandum dated July 8, 2010, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; (2) All structures on the property shall retain a residential appearance and character; (3) A 25-foot-wide undisturbed buffer shall be provided along the southern and western property lines; (4) The proposed monument sign shall not exceed 35 square feet in area and be no taller than 60 inches as measured from the ground to the top of the sign, which includes all sign features or structures; (5) All sag lenses, drop lenses, and convex lenses shall be prohibited. Illumination levels at all property lines shall not exceed one-half foot candle when the building or parking areas are located adjacent to residential areas and shall not exceed one foot candle when abutting other non-residential properties. All lighting lamp sources within parking and pedestrian areas shall be metal halide or compact florescent. The maximum light pole height in all parking areas shall not exceed 10 feet. An exterior lighting design plan for each project, including a photometrics plan and pole fixture schedules, shall be submitted at the time of verification of substantial compliance for review and approval by the Planning and Development Department; and (6) A buffer meeting the requirements of Section 656.1216 of the Zoning Code shall be provided and maintained along the western property line.
10-520	Amendment	Provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (methodology for case study and inventory list).
10-525	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment reduces the acreage from 174.0 acres to 28.457 acres and attaches a revised Exhibit 1, the first amendment to the Development Agreement.
10-545	Amendment	Makes appointment for an unexpired term ending December 31, 2010, followed by a first full term to expire December 31, 2013.
10-562	Amendment	Reduces the fair share assessment amount from $1,724,045 to $1,502,111; provides for a revised fair share agreement.
10-566	Amendment	Appropriates funds to an American Red Cross-Training Room Addition account; provides for a Revised Exhibit 2 (agreement).
10-598	Amendment	Provides for a Revised Exhibit 2 (infrastructure grant agreement).
10-601	Amendment	Provides for a revised on-file operating agreement.
10-602	Amendment	Revises title to reflect that the appropriated funds are “from” (rather than “to”) the 21^st Century Community Learning Centers Grant; states that this is the second year of funding of a five-year grant.
10-603	Amendment	Provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (amended BT).
10-606	Amendment	Provides for a revised fair share agreement.
10-610	Amendment	Appropriates $2,715,231 (rather than $2,715,230); provides for a Revised Exhibit 2 (amended BT) and a Revised Exhibit 3 (policy, mission statement, and programs).
10-631	Amendment	Clarifies title by reflecting restoration of the 3% salary reduction “to the Police and Fire Pension Fund.”
10-632	Amendment	Corrects appropriation accounting (account names and numbers; additional transfers).
10-635	Amendment	Includes a new section appropriating the settlement funds ($5,000); states that the appropriation is for further animal care and control activities.
10-637	Amendment	Provides for a revised on-file redevelopment agreement; removes changes to the schedule of performance and development from the listing of items included under the term “technical changes;” provides for a Revised Exhibit 2 (project summary).
10-676	Amendment	Reflects a fiscal year 08-09 amount of $628.96 (rather than $598.36).
10-678	Amendment	Provides for a revised on-file Amendment and Restatement of Agreement for 2010-2016; requires that the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission provide each year to the Council Auditor a copy of the final revenue and expense settlement report (provided for in the agreement) upon its completion.
