AMENDMENTS and SUBSTITUTES

10-262	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following condition to the PUD: (1) The Development shall be prohibited from using the Floridan Aquifer for irrigation and shall be required to connect to reuse water when available.
10-264	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment attaches a revised PUD written description, dated July 27, 2010, and a revised PUD site plan, dated August 2, 2010, and adds the following condition to the PUD: (1) The required transportation improvements shall be made in accordance with the Development Services Memorandum dated June 15, 2010, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.
10-337	Amendment	(Finance) Incorporates the provisions of the RCD amendment; amends Section 111.105(b), Ordinance Code, relative to the Neighborhood Services Community Activities Trust Fund, to require Council approval for aggregate fiscal year spending on operational expenses in excess of $25,000; revises title to reflect Ordinance Code amendment.
	Amendment	(RCD) Provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (agreement); states that programming funds will be deposited into the Neighborhood Services Community Activities Trust Fund and that capital donations will be appropriated through legislation and approved by Council.
10-445	Amendment	Includes term “Single Family Unit” rather than only the abbreviated form (“SFU”) among definitions; provides for reduction of the $5 rate per SFU “in subsequent years” if necessary to ensure the aggregate does not exceed the Stormwater Service Cost.
10-494	Amendment	Increases the appropriated amount from $2,000 to $5,984.52 and provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (amended BT).
10-495	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment attaches a Revised Exhibit 1, the Future Land Use Element to the 2030 Comprehensive Plan.
10-504	Amendment	Provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (amended BT); states that a copy of the contracts and certifications are on file with Legislative Services.
10-516	Amendment	States that the borrower is required to pay the first $43,750 of available cash flow to pay down the principal payment borrowed from the City.
10-521	Amendment	Provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (agreement) to revise maintenance of dock and termination of agreement language.
10-522	Amendment	Reflects that approximately $112,000 (rather than approximately $133,000) will be budgeted through Fleet Management for this project as part of the budget for contaminated sites for fiscal year 2010-2011.

10-525	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment reduces the acreage from 174.0 acres to 28.457 acres and attaches a revised Exhibit 1, the first amendment to the Development Agreement.
10-528	Amendment	Corrects citing (Revision 7 to Article V, Section “14” (rather than “13”), Florida Constitution); attaches a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding as Exhibit 2; adds Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 to the file.
10-529	Amendment	Revises various referenced amounts (damages of $105,149.60 rather than $105,149.00; statutory attorney’s fees of $34,600.99 rather than $34,600.67; total monetary settlement of $181,023.73 rather than $181,022.81).
10-537	Amendment	Provides for a Revised Exhibit 2 (agreement) to require submission of a final report from The Community Foundation “and its sub-recipients” and to require that said final report be sent to the contract monitor for review before forwarding to Council Auditor; revises title to reflect submission of report to the contract monitor; clarifies a recital by referencing appropriation in Ordinance 2009-216-E.
