Per
OGC, the Amendment (1) changes the reference from “irrigation” to “irrigation
systems”; (2) changes the reference from “water source” to “approved water
source”, (3) changes the provisions concerning the Low Water Use Zone, to
strike the phrase “Because of the relatively high water requirements of
turfgrass, no presently available varieties are included in this zone.” and
insert the phrase “Because of the relatively high water requirements of
turfgrass, no presently available varieties are included in this zone.
Because of the tendency to maintain turfgrass with supplemental watering,
turfgrass shall not be permitted in this zone.”; (3) changes the nozzle spray
requirements from “seventy-five percent spray radius” to “fifty percent spray
diameter”; and (4) adds the word “hose” before the word “vacuum.” |

(1) A thirty-five-foot wide non-revocable access easement benefitting the
waterfront parcel, RE 105974-0010, and burdening parcel 105973-0000 shall be
recorded; and (2) There shall be no more than one principal residence on
parcel 105973-0000 (in addition to the existing guest house on the parcel
which has approximately 816 square feet heated/cooled area and a 224 square
foot carport) and no more than one principal residence on parcel 105974-0010. |
