SERIES IN AN ORIGINAL AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF NOT EXCEEDING $10,000,000 OF THE
AUTHORITY'S HOMEOWNER MORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2009B, OR ANY OTHER SERIES
DESIGNATION AS MAY BE APPROVED BY THE AUTHORITY AT THE TIME OF ISSUE, FOR THE
STRUCTURING OF A SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGE LOAN PROGRAM FOR QUALIFIED SINGLE-FAMILY
PARTICIPANTS PURSUANT TO THE HFA INITIATIVE/NEW ISSUE BOND PROGRAM PURCHASE
