MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, May 17,2010. The meeting was called to order at 2:04 P.M. by Committee Chair Stephen Joost. The meeting adjourned at 4:45 P.M.
