Attendance: Acting Committee
Chair Don Redman; Cherry Shaw and Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; John
Crofts, Sean Kelly, and Folks Huxford, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane
Lahmeur, Sharonda Davis, and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Acting Committee Chair, Don
Redman, called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m., and he asked Mr. John Crofts to
take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee
actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
10-326 Anticipate deferral
and continuation of public hearing; it was noted that the bill was deferred at the Public Health and
Safety Committee
10-624 It was stated that the
requested additions to the record have been made
10-670 Sponsor has requested
deferral until further notice
10-751 Proposed amendment
includes conditions; Mr. Reingold advised that a minor change in the language of one of the conditions is
recommended
10-784 Anticipate deferral
and continuation of public hearing to address issues with advertising and notices
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:36 p.m.
