The Committee Chair, John Crescimbeni,
called the meeting to order at 3:34 p.m., and he asked Mr. John Crofts to take
everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.

The Chair inquired as to the
need to read the committee procedure statement at the beginning of this meeting
