MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, October 05,2010.  The meeting was called to order at 5:03 P.M. by Committee Chair John Crescimbeni.  The meeting adjourned at 5:24 P.M.
