MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, September 08,2010. The meeting was called to order at 5:01 P.M. by Committee Chair John Crescimbeni. The Chair declared breaks from 7:19 P.M. until 7:32 P.M. and 9:04 P.M. until 9:12 P.M. The meeting adjourned at 10:20 P.M.
