Lahmeur, Jessica Stephens, Sharonda Davis, and Rick Campbell, Office of City
Council
The Committee Chair, Ray Holt,
called the meeting to order at 3:46 p.m.
He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-530 Companion legislation
to 10-394; will consider early in the meeting
10-315 Request received to
continue public hearing and defer the bill
10-341 Proposed amendment
includes revised written description and conditions
10-346 Clarified real estate
numbers to be part of the amendment
10-374 Proposed substitute
provides for rezoning to PUD (rather than to RMD-A)
Mr. Reingold advised that all
of the semi-annual bills should be amended to reference the correct the
statutory provision (pilot program).

10-390 Discussion was held
concerning specific language of proposed amendment; Mr. T. R. Hainline noted that a portion of the
property is in C/M Lee’s district, but that this is not shown on the agenda; Mr. Reingold advised that this
information is contained in the bill

revises MU language
The Chair expressed his
