MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, April 06,2010. The meeting was called to order at 5:07 P.M. by Committee Chair Ray Holt. The Chair recessed the meeting from 7:01 P.M. to 7:08 P.M., and adjourned the meeting at 7:19 P.M.
