Attendance: Committee Chair Ray Holt; Committee Member
Don Redman; Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; John Crofts, Department
of Planning and Development; Merriane Lahmeur, Jessica Stephens, Sharonda
Davis, and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Ray Holt,
called the meeting to order at 3:46 p.m.
He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
08-541 and 08-542 Applicant
requesting withdrawal
09-910 The appeal will be
heard at the end of the agenda, and the public hearing is limited to structural issues. Mr. Tom Goldsbury, Chief, Building Inspection
Division, will be present to explain
his findings. Hearing procedure was
outlined.
10-14 Anticipated amendment
would address technical issues and clarify four homesites
10-18 At issue is whether to
refund fees, and Mr. Reingold advised that this is discretionary
10-71 Public hearing to be
opened and closed, with an additional hearing to be set for March 16, 2010
10-72 Condition may be
considered
10-130 Mr. Crofts advised
that the Planning and Development Dept. has written a letter of support
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:55 p.m.
