MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, December 07,2010. The meeting was called to order at 2:05 P.M. by Committee Vice Chair Art Shad. The meeting was adjourned at 2:12 p.M.

1. 2010-517 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, OR HIS DESIGNEE, AND CORPORATION SECRETARY TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER, DOCUMENTS PROVIDING FOR THE RESTRUCTURING OF THE MORTGAGE AND NOTE, IN THE CURRENT PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $135,250.15, BETWEEN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE AND HELP CENTER, INC.
