MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, April 19,2010. The meeting was called to order at 4:06 P.M. by Committee Chair Denise Lee. The meeting was adjourned at 4:12 P.M.
