MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, April 05,2010. The meeting was called to order at 10:05 A.M. by Committee Chair Art Shad. The meeting was adjourned at 11:09 A.M.
