Attendance: Committee Chair Art Shad; Council Member Ray Holt; Heather Norsworthy, Sean Costigan, and Kirk Sherman, Office of Council Auditor; Peggy Sidman and Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; Philip Zamarron and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council; Sherry Hall and Lisa Rinaman, Office of the Mayor

The Committee Chair, Art Shad, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and he proceeded to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.

Changes, additions, and comments concerning the agenda as marked included:

09-895 Deferral anticipated

09-926 C/M Holt requested deferral

10-111 Mr. Reingold suggested not withdrawing the item at this time, but Ms. Sidman and Ms. Hall advised that the item should be withdrawn as an ordinance is needed

In response to inquiry by the Chair relative to consideration of an Ordinance Code waiver for 2010-54, an item not assigned to the Rules Committee, it was explained that such consideration would satisfy requirements for action by the Rules Committee.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:33 a.m.
