Wight Greger, Director, Housing & Neighborhoods Department, fielded a number of questions from the Committee members, mostly on whether or not the City bore any liability in the issuance of the revenue bonds.  Director Wight indicated that the City would have no liability.; the City merely authorized the issuance of the revenue bonds.  Council Member Yarborough wanted to know why the amount of the issuance had changed from previous authorizations for issuance.
