Council Member Redman asked for an explanation of the legislation, particularly the Jacksonville Journey component.Debbie Vergas, Mayorís Office, explained what the program was and that the funding was allocated for existing sites (Team-Up programs) that were opened two years ago.Council Member Jones wanted assurances that all 15 middle schools with Team-Up programs were funded.
