Jackson, Council Research Division.

The meeting was called to order at 1:35 p.m.

The Chair reviewed the agenda and announced that there were six items ready for action; three items being deferred; and four items were being seconded and re-referred. Item #13, ORD 2010-452, Auth License Agreemt with Kirby-Smith Camp #1209, Sons of the Confederate Veterans to Hold an Event at Confederate Park on 11/6/10 & 11/7/10, was being moved as an emergency.

Sherry Hall indicated that the Recreation & Community Services Department was requesting that Item # 4, ORD 2010-368, Auth Agreemt with Duval County School Bd Conveying Co City a Roadway Parcel, be deferred.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:38 p.m.
