The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:32 p.m.

The Chair reviewed the agenda, indicating that three items were ready for action, one item was being deferred and the remaining six items were being seconded and re-referred.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:34 p.m.
