MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, October 04, 2010. The meeting was called to order at 2:02 P.M. by Committee Chair Bill Bishop. The meeting was adjourned at 2:23 P.M.
