to verification of substantial compliance, the developer shall provide
evidence to the Planning and Development Department that the St. Johns River
Water Management District permit applications were provided by certified mail
to the owners of record of 12656 Julington Pines Lane and 12667 Julington
Pines Lane, Jacksonville, Florida, 32223. |
