Property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services
Division memorandum dated August 22, 2011, or as otherwise approved by the
Planning and Development Department; (2) The
minimum setbacks for any building, structure or improvement (primary,
accessory or otherwise) on the Subject Property shall be ten feet in width
along the southeast property line facing Ridgewood Road and five feet in
width along the southwest property line facing Spring Park Road; (3) There
shall be only one freestanding sign allowed on the Subject Property which
shall be a monument sign that is either double faced or single faced, and
shall not exceed twenty-four square feet in area on each side, and a maximum
of twelve feet in height; and (4) A six-foot-high wood fence, 95% opaque,
shall be installed and maintained along the southwest property line adjacent
to Ridgewood Road, subject to the review and approval of the Planning and
Development Department. |
