Planning and Development; Merriane Lahmeur and Rick Campbell, Office of City
Council
The Committee Chair, Reggie
Brown, called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m. and asked Mr. Reingold to take
everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-577 Mr. Reingold advised that
C/M Schellenberg has requested deferral in hopes that a compromise can be reached
11-675 It was noted that the
Planning and Development Department has recommended denial, and Mr. Huxford indicated a readiness to
proceed depending upon citizen input; an amendment
will be proposed to either grant or deny the waiver, and conditions may be requested by the Planning and
Development Department in the event the committee’s recommendation is to grant the waiver
11-697 Proposed amendment

The Chair advised that the RCDPHS
Committee could run late, and that the development agreements would be
considered first.
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:36 p.m.
