Lumb, Doyle Carter, and Don Redman; Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; Sean
Kelly and Folks Huxford, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane
Lahmeur and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Reggie
Brown, called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m. and asked Mr. Reingold to take
everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-518 Neighborhood meeting
to be held
11-583 Proposed amendment
incorporates revised conditions
11-584 It was noted that C/M
Carter has indicated a readiness to move the item; Mr. Huxford had an additional condition concerning
lot width and area; Mr. Reingold advised that he will recommend deferral if the applicant is not present to accept this condition
11-588 and 11-589 Previous
deferral to 01-04-12 was explained in response to citizen questions; C/M Love indicated a willingness to speak
with the interested parties
11-624 It was noted that C/M
Lee had requested that the item be rereferrred to LUZ at the last City Council meeting; no further direction
has been received
11-660 Proposed amendment
incorporates conditions
11-673 The Finance Committee
recommended amendment attaches a revised Capital Improvements Element Schedule
11-727 Mr. Kelly to be
consulted relative to enforcement questions
The Chair advised that, in
the event the RCDPHS Committee meeting runs late, the LUZ Committee will meet immediately
afterward, hopefully starting no later than 5:30 p.m.
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:42 p.m.
