MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, November 01,2011.  The meeting was called to order at 5:05 P.M. by Committee Chair Reggie Brown.  The meeting adjourned at 7:38 P.M.
