Discussion included anticipated economic benefits and future potential for problems, documents to be recorded restricting uses, second document prohibiting use for outdoor racing or adult entertainment, recording process (documents to be held in escrow until recording), time limitations on restrictions, City being named as a party with the right to enforce, definition of “affected party,” use of recorded restrictions rather than PUD, slot machines (illegal in Florida), the fact that there will be a poker room regardless of the issue concerning sales of alcoholic beverages, and recovery of attorneys’ fees.
