The Committee Chair, Reggie
Brown, called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m. and asked Mr. Reingold to take
everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-577 Mr. Reingold noted
that C/M Schellenberg requested deferral
11-580 Item will be
considered at the end of the meeting; appeal procedure and criteria were explained
11-584 Mr. Reingold noted
that C/M Carter requested deferral
11-637 The Chair cited
conflicting committee reports and asked Ms. Sheppard for a recommendation; after brief discussion,
the Chair indicated that the item would be deferred
11-643 An amendment is being
prepared
