Chair Reggie Brown; Committee Members Lori Boyer and Jim Love; Jason Gabriel
and Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; Bill Killingsworth, Sean Kelly,
and Folks Huxford, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane Lahmeur and
Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Reggie
Brown, called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m. and asked Mr. Reingold to take
everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-341 Mr. Reingold advised
that a legal description is needed for the portion of property subject to waiver, and he recommended deferral if this
is not received prior to meeting
11-517 Planning and
Development Department now recommending approval with conditions, although staff report originally recommended
denial; Mr. Reingold recommended that amendment
also attaches a copy of previous written description and first amendment; the Chair commented that C/M Clark has
requested that this item be taken first
11-539 C/M Boyer stated that
she has a proposed substitute and will be prepared to explain it at the meeting
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:40 p.m.
