MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, September 20,2011.  The meeting was called to order at 5:06 P.M. by Committee Chair Reggie Brown.  The meeting adjourned at 5:31 P.M.
