The Committee Chair, Reggie
Brown, called the meeting to order at 3:40 p.m. and asked Mr. Reingold to take
everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-252 Subcommittee meeting
today, with possible report to full committee
11-341 Proposed amendment
additionally clarifies that request is for a “portion” of the property
11-343 Condition to be
clarified; Mr. Reingold recommended that the public hearing on companion legislation (11-342) be handled
separately
11-363 Meeting scheduled for
tomorrow
11-382 Previous issues
resolved; legal to be revised, with no further subdivision allowed
11-415 Conditions being
revised, with several to be addressed through revised written description
11-416 Copies of revised memo
from Planning and Development will be provided to members
11-443 Eric Lindstrom, JEDC,
to be present at meeting
The Chair reminded everyone
that ex parte communications should be declared prior to the opening of a
public hearing on quasi judicial matters.
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:47 p.m.
