MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, June 21, 2011.  The meeting was called to order at 5:01 P.M. by Committee Chair John Crescimbeni.  The meeting adjourned at 6:35 P.M.
