Committee Chair, John
Crescimbeni, called the meeting to order at 3:37 p.m. and he asked Mr. John
Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested
committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-158 and 11-159 To be
readvertised
11-179 Mr. Reingold noted the
proposed Planning and Development Department amendment changing the request to a reduction of road frontage from 35
feet to 0 feet
11-253 The Chair advised that
deferral has been requested, but that he is not inclined to grant the request
11-254 In response to his
question, the Chair was advised that this legislation has only been referred to the RCD and LUZ committees
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:41 p.m.
