Attendance: Acting Committee
Chair Ray Holt; Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; Bill Killingsworth, John
Crofts, and Folks Huxford, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane
Lahmeur, Sharonda Davis, and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Acting Committee Chair, Ray
Holt, called the meeting to order at 3:37 p.m. and he asked Mr. John Crofts to
take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee
actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-158 and 11-159 Additional
public hearing dates to be set
11-241 Adopts Mobility Plan
into the Comprehensive Plan; Mr. Killingsworth will be present to give an overview
11-248 Mr. Reingold commented
that the proposed amendment attaches a revised map
11-252 In response to a
question, Mr. Reingold noted that the proposed amendment requires that outside storage or outside storage yards
existing as of April 26, 2011, meet the requirements
of Section 656.415, Ordinance Code, by December 1, 2011
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:44 p.m.
