The Committee Chair, John
Crescimbeni, called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. and he asked Mr. John
Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested
committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
10-585 It was noted that the
public hearing has been continued to June 7, 2011
11-38 Withdrawal has been
requested
11-158 and 11-159
Readvertising and new public hearings anticipated
11-207 Proposed amendment
completes certain references to prior legislation
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:34 p.m.
