of General Counsel; John Crofts, Sean Kelly, and Folks Huxford, Department of
Planning and Development; Carol Owens, Merriane Lahmeur, Sharonda Davis, and
Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, John
Crescimbeni, called the meeting to order at 3:31 p.m. and he asked Mr. John
Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested
committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-38 Deferral has been
requested; public hearing to be continued to May 3, 2011
11-78 CPAC took no position
on this item; Mr. Reingold advised that he has a clarification to the proposed amendment
11-110 Proposed conditions to
be revised
11-150 If ownership issues
not resolved prior to meeting, item will be deferred; Mr. Harden will meet with Mr. Reingold to address concerns
11-151 and 11-152 Mr.
Reingold spoke in favor of separate public hearings for this and other companion land use/rezoning legislation;
C/M Gaffney indicated that there are various irregularities
and a request was made to consider this item early in the meeting
11-222 Proposed amendment
would provide a revised exhibit
11-230 Mr. Kelly asked about
the drafter of the legislation, and Mr. Reingold agreed to provide contact information
In response to a question,
the Chair was advised that the mobility plan text amendment legislation will be
introduced soon.
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:44 p.m.
