MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, April 19,2011.  Chair John Crescimbeni called the meeting to order at 5:10 P.M. and recessed the meeting at 6:56 P.M. The meeting reconvened at 7:07 P.M. and adjourned at 8:06 P.M.
