Attendance: Dylan Reingold,
Office of General Counsel; John Crofts and Folks Huxford, Department of
Planning and Development; Merriane Lahmeur, Sharonda Davis, and Rick Campbell,
Office of City Council; Lisa Rinaman, Office of the Mayor
Mr. Crofts called the meeting
to order at 3:33 p.m. and he took everyone through the marked agenda containing
the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-900 Mr. Reingold noted
that this item was recommended for amendment and approval at today’s Public Health and Safety
Committee meeting
11-38 District C/M has
requested continuation of public hearing, with deferral to April 19, 2011
11-40 Mr. Reingold requested
clarification concerning right-of-way condition prior to meeting and inquired as to any timing conditions
11-74 Staff presentation
anticipated; approvals by Jacksonville Waterways Commission and the Planning Commission were noted
11-78 It was stated that the Planning
Dept. has recommended conditioned approval and that the application requests a second sign
