MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, March 15,2011.  The meeting was called to order at 5:05 P.M. by Committee Chair John Crescimbeni.  The meeting recessed at 6:50 P.M. and reconvened at 7:03 P.M. by the Chair.  The meeting adjourned at 9:05 P.M.
