Attendance: Council Members Crescimbeni (Chair) and Redman
Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; John Crofts, Sean Kelly and Folks Huxford, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane Lahmeur and Sharonda Davis, Office of City Council; Jeff Clements – Council Research; Bob Williams – Real Estate Division; Celeste Hicks and Scott Wilson – ECAs; George Dandelake – Edward Waters College; Greg Kupperman
The Chair called meeting to order at 3:34 p.m. and reviewed the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
2010-585: the item will be continued to April 5th.
2010-893: Dylan Reingold stated that a copy of the proposed conditions was provided to the applicant yesterday.
2010-900: the item will be continued to March 15th; Mr. Crescimbeni has written to the 6 CPACs asking them to comment on the bill.
2011-47: Mr. Crescimbeni stated that he has received several calls from constituents who report hearing a rumor that the settlement agreement is going to be amended. Mr. Reingold indicated there was no amendment of the agreement being contemplated, and he and Planning Director Bill Killingsworth will be ready to discuss the agreement at the meeting.
As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:39 p.m.
