Changes, additions, and comments concerning the agenda as marked included:

2010-585 (rezoning on San Jose Boulevard) – Paul Harden requested that the matter be deferred through March so that Council President Webb can meet with his client.  The public hearing will be continued to the first LUZ meeting in April.

2010-618 (rezoning on Town Center Parkway North) – applicant requests withdrawal.

2010-844 (rezoning on Richard Street) – Dylan Reingold stated that Alberta Hipps has become the agent for the applicant and wondered if the committee thought the bill should be amended to reflect the change in agents; the chair requested an amendment be drafted for the meeting.

2010-874 (rezoning on U.S. 301) – Paul Harden stated that he was working on language for an proposed amendment to be presented at the meeting.  Mr. Reingold stated that the bill is incorrect in stating that all of the property is currently zoned PUD; some of the land is actually zoned AGR.

2010-901 (downtown parking lot regulations) – Ron Barton will be present but does not need to make a presentation unless that is the committee’s wish.  He has met with numerous parking lot owners and received generally favorable comments.  The committee will be considering the second Rules substitute.
